We offer multi-school pricing with a single invoice for the whole trust, and set up one login for each school.

Use your purchase order
Email admin@onboardmaths.com with your school name and PO number. We send an invoice, payable within 30 days, and set up your login when it’s paid.

Pricing questions
What counts as one school?
One licence covers every teacher at one school site. A trust with several schools needs one licence per school, and we offer trust pricing for that.
Can teachers outside the maths department use it?
Yes. Form tutors, intervention staff and anyone else at the school can use the same login at no extra cost.
Is there VAT?
No. We aren’t VAT registered, so £100 is the full price.
Can we try it before buying?
Yes. Every game is free to use today with no sign-up. If you’d like to try the licensed features with your department, get in touch.
What happens if we don’t renew?
Teachers see a reminder for the final two weeks. On the end date, licensed features stop, and the free games keep working.
Can we cancel?
Yes. Card payments can be cancelled at any time, and the licence runs to the end of the year you’ve paid for.
